???? WE’RE HIRING: IT SPECIALIST

Power Lube, an authorized distributor of Exxon Mobil lubricants in Egypt with more than 35 years of industry experience, is looking for a skilled and highly dependable IT Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office in Obour City. The successful candidate must be available at the office throughout the official working hours to provide immediate technical support and maintain the stability, security, and efficiency of the company’s IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide daily technical support for employees, desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and business applications.• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating systems.• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and user-access permissions.• Monitor and support the company’s LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and internet connections.• Assist in managing Fortinet firewalls, switches, Forti Client EMS, endpoint security, and Zero Trust access.• Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, corporate email, licences, and user permissions.• Monitor servers, backups, storage, system performance, and recovery procedures.• Maintain endpoint protection, software updates, patching, and cybersecurity controls.• Support IP cameras, attendance systems, access-control systems, and other office technologies.• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, licences, devices, warranties, and assigned equipment.• Diagnose technical incidents, resolve them promptly, and escalate critical issues when necessary.• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, purchasing, and technical support.• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, incident records, and support reports.• Train employees on IT systems, cybersecurity awareness, and safe technology practices.• Ensure compliance with company IT policies, access controls, and data-protection requirements.• Support future IT, ERP, CRM, cybersecurity, automation, and digital-transformation projects.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.• Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant IT support or system-administration experience.• Strong knowledge of Windows, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and Microsoft 365.• Practical experience with firewalls, switches, VPNs, endpoint protection, backup, and troubleshooting.• Experience with Fortinet products is strongly preferred.• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, SAP, virtualization, or cloud services is an advantage.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident-management skills.• Good command of written and spoken English.• Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and follow-up skills.• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.• Ability to work independently, prioritize urgent issues, and remain available during working hours.• Candidates must be able to attend the Obour City office daily and on time.
