Lead the day-to-day operations of 8 Lychee retail stores, ensuring smooth and consistent execution across all branches. Support and coach store managers and team members to elevate team performance and customer satisfaction. Plan and execute staffing need across the area, ensuring adequate shift coverage and efficient labor cost management. Own the full P&L responsibility for the area, driving profitability through effective cost control and revenue growth. Set and monitor sales targets, implementing initiatives to boost performance. Forecast orders accurately based on sales trends and stock levels to maintain optimal inventory without overstocking. Manage and minimize waste through smart planning, training, and daily tracking. Ensure high standards of product quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service in every store. Analyze store KPIs, identify gaps, and act quickly to address any operational issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations. Collaborate with the supply chain and central kitchen to resolve any operational challenges. Provide clear and regular reporting to senior management on performance, challenges, and opportunities. Oversee and follow up on all maintenance issues across the 8 stores, ensuring quick resolution and minimal disruption to operations.<br>What are we looking for?
