<p><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in spa operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort spa.</p>
<p><strong>Languages:</strong> Sufficient level of English to communicate effectively with guests.</p>
<p><strong>Training & certifications:</strong> Professional training in spa operations, customer service, leadership, wellness, or hospitality management is preferred. Knowledge of health, hygiene, and safety standards is required.</p>

<p>Support the development management function by coordinating and driving projects through the various stages of the development lifecycle, under the guidance of the Senior Development Manager. <h4>Overview of the role</h4>
<p>Support the development management function by coordinating and driving projects through the various stages of the development lifecycle, under the guidance of the Senior Development Manager. The role is responsible for ensuring effective planning, stakeholder coordination, and alignment of project objectives, while supporting the successful delivery of projects through to practical completion. The position plays a key role in managing project timelines, monitoring financial and commercial performance, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring development activities are executed in line with the project vision, business objectives, and approved strategies.</p>
