AEA is hiring English Instructors????Nasr City Branch Full-time Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality English lessons in accordance with the curriculum and learning objectives. Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback. Develop lesson plans and prepare teaching materials. Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records. Create a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment. Encourage student participation and motivation. Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings when required. Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Literature, Education, or a related field. TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification is highly preferred. Proven experience in teaching English to non-native speakers (minimum 1 year is a plus). Excellent command of spoken and written English. Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students.

We offer courses that enable students to gain experience in Robotics and Programming. Our courses, designed with the expertise of Ain Shams University, cover robotics (mechanical, electrical, electronics, and programming), programming (websites, mobile apps, and game development), and AI. We provide education for students ages from 6 to 20 year old.<br>Responsibilities Gives a joyful and entertaining robotics sessions to children start from 6 year old. Manage the class during the sessions in a perfect way. Do projects with students to let them learn and gain experience.<br>Qualifications Graduated or Undergraduate. Mechatronics engineer. Experience in hands on projects (Arduino). C/C++ and Python. Fluent in English. Good presentation skills. Knows how to deal with children. Knows how to teach with fun and joy. المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br><br> تحديد ونهج المدربين المؤهلين وخبراء الموضوع وشركاء المحتوى. عرض نموذج eyouth وإلحاق المدربين وفقاً لمعايير وإرشادات المحتوى. تقييم أفكار الدورات التدريبية المقترحة وضمان توافقها مع فئات التعلم الاستراتيجية. التنسيق مع المدربين خلال مرحلة إعداد الدورة (المخطط التفصيلي، المواد، الهيكل). التأكد من استكمال جميع المستندات المطلوبة (الاتفاقيات، النماذج، قوائم مراجعة المحتوى). متابعة جداول إنتاج الدورات وضمان تسليم المواد في الوقت المحدد. العمل بشكل وثيق مع الفرق الأكاديمية وفرق الإنتاج للحفاظ على معايير جودة المحتوى. تتبع مسار الحصول على المحتوى وتقديم تقارير دورية عن تقدم عملية الإلحاق.<br><br>المتطلبات والمؤهلات<br><br> خبرة تتراوح بين سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال الحصول على المحتوى، أو الشراكات، أو تطوير الأعمال، أو الأدوار المتعلقة بالتعلم/المحتوى. درجة البكالوريوس في التعليم أو إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة سابقة في منصات تكنولوجيا التعليم (EdTech)، أو التعلم عبر الإنترنت، أو شركات المحتوى الرقمي (يفضل). خبرة في البحث عن المدربين أو خبراء الموضوع وإلحاقهم. مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض. إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية، كتابةً وتحدثاً. مهارات قوية في التنسيق وإدارة الوقت.
