<p>يسعد منصة التعليم المصرية بالإعلان عن فتح منصب معلم دعم الإدماج في المدرسة البريطانية الدولية جيمس بالعجز. هذا الدور مثالي لمعلم مكرس ومتعاطف ولديه شغف بدعم الطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات التعليمية المتنوعة وخلق بيئة شمولية تمكّن كل طفل من الازدهار أكاديمياً واجتماعياً وعاطفياً.</p><p>المسؤوليات الأساسية:</p><ul><li>تقديم دعم مستهدف للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات التعليمية الخاصة والإعاقات (SEND) داخل الفصل ومن خلال تدخلات جماعية صغيرة أو فردية.</li><li>التعاون مع معلمي الفصل لتكييف خطط الدروس والمواد التعليمية لتلبية احتياجات الطالب الفردية.</li><li>تطوير وتنفيذ ومراقبة خطط التعليم الفردية (IEPs) واستراتيجيات دعم الطلاب.</li><li>تقييم تقدم الطالب والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للتدخلات والنتائج.</li><li>العمل عن كثب مع الآباء والمعلمين والمتخصصين الخارجيين لدعم تطوير الطلاب.</li><li>تعزيز ممارسات التدريس الشامل وتقديم الإرشاد للزملاء حول استراتيجيات التمييز الفعالة.</li><li>تنمية استقلالية الطلاب وثقتهم ورفاههم العاطفي.</li><li>المساهمة في التزام المدرسة بالحماية والتعليم الشامل.</li></ul><p><strong>الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح</strong></p><p>درجة البكالوريوس في التربية أو التربية الخاصة أو علم النفس أو مجال ذي صلة. خبرة سابقة في دعم الطلاب بــ SEND في مدرسة دولية. فهم قوي للتعليم الشامل والتعليم المستند إلى الفروق. مهارات اتصال وتعاون وتفاعل اجتماعي ممتازة. القدرة على بناء علاقات إيجابية مع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والزملاء. نهج صبور ومتعاطف واستباقي في دعم المتعلمين ذوي الاحتياجات المتنوعة.</p>
