We are looking for a Senior Site Planning Engineer to join our High Speed Train Station project in Sohag.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. Prepare and update baseline, revised, and recovery schedules based on actual site progress and mitigation plans. Track project progress, identify schedule variances, critical path impacts, and recommend appropriate recovery actions. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and other project control reports. Prepare delay analysis and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims. Monitor project milestones, contractual requirements, resource utilization, and overall schedule performance. Coordinate with the Project Manager and different project disciplines to ensure alignment with strategic project targets. Coordinate with site, technical office, procurement, and other project teams to ensure schedule accuracy and identify potential risks. Review and monitor subcontractors’ baseline and updated schedules and assess their impact on the project master schedule. Monitor subcontractors’ performance indicators and highlight any deviations or delays. Support project cash flow, invoicing, and other project controls activities when required. Ensure compliance with contractual milestones, reporting requirements, and project control procedures.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.4–7 years of relevant experience in planning and project controls. Experience in railway stations, infrastructure, transportation, or similar large-scale projects is preferred. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, resource loading, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, and delay analysis. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6. Good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office; Advanced Excel is a plus. Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in EOT claims and delay analysis is highly preferred. PMP certification is a plus.

Responsible for P&L/GL Download for the business unit from financial reporting system and checking data integrity. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!<br><br>This role requires you to organise the forecasting demand of supplies to stores, create POs for replenishment and maintaining availability in the stores, with a team of demand planners to manage Back Office data.<br><br>Organize the transition to 3PL, manage relations, and secure Talabat with Egypt best practices. Be accountable for the overall demand planning/replenishment of Tmart stores and warehouses in Egypt and the performance of the direct reports Manage stock amounting to AED 20M while ensuring the issuance of ~ 8,000 POs weekly for stores and DCEnsuring timely and accurate analysis and reporting of inventory and purchase forecasts Provides DP/ replenishment insights and plans/ initiatives to keep availability at par with the management's business plan, accountable for the holding stock value, supplier service level. Aging stock optimization Be able to provide solutions and initiatives to solve problems with stocks in the warehouse and stores Guidance to store supervisors and admins to ensure smooth workflow Guide the commercial and operations pro-actively to ensure supplies and suppliers are not affected.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of demand planning, as well as the ability to work on demand forecasting from A-ZExperience in FMCG in demand planning and replenishment is a must Experience in Warehouse management or 3PL partner relation is a must Data and detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Ability to guide senior-level executives and manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders Ability to lead, coordinate, and facilitate the work of others; have supervisory responsibilities Ability to take a broad perspective to problems and spot new, less obvious solutions Ability to perform a variety of the most complex tasks and/or lead one or more teams Be able to use knowledge of how the team integrates with other teams to coordinate efforts and resources to achieve shared and individual objectives Excellent analytical and communication skills, and always hands-on with several tools

الغرض من الوظيفة:<br>إعداد وإصدار جدول المشروع، سواء في مرحلة العطاء أو البناء مع أنسب منهجية التخطيط ومتابعة تقدم المشروع لضمان توافق تقدم المشروع مع خط الأساس المتوقع.<br>الأدوار والمسؤوليات:<br>• إصدار جدول العطاء للمشروع، تعيين مخطط الموارد الرئيسية باستخدام قائمة الكميات بالتنسيق مع قسم القياس والتقديم.&nbsp;• إعداد سرد الجدول لمساعدة قسم العطاء في إعداد طريقة البيان للمشروع في مرحلة العطاء.&nbsp;• إعداد تقرير موجز لبيانات المشروع مثل اسم المشروع، الافتراضات، المدة المقدرة، القضايا ونطاق العمل لهذا المشروع.&nbsp;• المساعدة في إعداد ملف المشروع وجدوله بعد تقديم جميع البيانات المطلوبة إلى قسم العطاء وإعداد عرض تقديمي للمشروع عند الحاجة.&nbsp;• إعداد وإصدار خط الأساس للجدول وتعيين موارد المشروع بالتفصيل.&nbsp;• جمع البيانات من صاحب العمل من قائمة الكميات لإصدار التدفقات النقدية لاستخدامها في التنبؤ بالدخل للمشروع.&nbsp;• متابعة تقدم أنشطة المشروع وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع/القسم للتحقق من أن الجدول المحدث يلتزم بخطة الأساس المعتمدة وإبراز القضايا الحرجة وتقديم تحليل إلى المدير المباشر.&nbsp;• إعداد تقارير تقدم يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية عن المشروع وتقديم مدخلات إلى المدير المباشر وفقًا لمتطلبات المشروع/القسم.&nbsp;• توفير البيانات المتعلقة بجدول المشروع لمهندسي مراقبة التكلفة وقسم المالية لاستخدامها في إعداد البيان المالي وخطة التكلفة وخطة الفوترة وتقارير النقد الخارج.&nbsp;• إعداد تقرير الإغلاق بالتنسيق مع فريق المشروع ليكون مرجعًا للشركة للمشروعات القادمة.&nbsp;• التأكد من أن الموظف يعمل وفق سياسات ولوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الخاصة بالشركة، وأنه على دراية كاملة بتقييم مخاطر وظيفته والجوانب البيئية.<br>المتطلبات الدنيا والمؤهلات:<br>التعليم/ المؤهلات: بكالوريوس في الهندسة (يفضل المدني، الميكانيكي أو الهندسة المعمارية) الخبرة العملية: 3–5 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة اللغة: إجادة جيدة للغة الإنجليزية (TOEFL 500 أو ما يعادلها) مهارات الحاسوب: Microsoft Office، Primavera وAuto CAD (معرفة جيدة)

What you can expect to be responsible for as a Strategic Procurement Manager:Identify and execute against strategic initiatives to build upon category advisor expertise Partner closely with key stakeholder teams to understand critical business needs, trends and strategies Manage a team of junior sourcing professionals including category experts and analysts for the day-to-day coaching, training, and ongoing development Define and implement global sourcing and outsourcing strategies that consolidate and optimize both the supplier base and services, while securing the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and access to the highest levels of service and quality Leadership role in key procurement activities, including RFx development and execution, Statement of Work (SOW) and contract drafting, and pricing and contract negotiations (new client initiatives).
