About the Role Future University in Egypt (FUE) is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Public Relations & Events Specialist to join its Marketing & Public Relations team.<br>The successful candidate will play a vital role in planning and executing university events, managing internal and external communications, building relationships with key stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that enhance FUE's reputation and brand presence. Coordinate venue setup, transportation, accommodation, catering, audiovisual requirements, branding, and other operational needs. Supervise on-site event operations to ensure the successful delivery of all activities.<br>Project & Stakeholder Management Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Liaise with internal departments, academic faculties, vendors, and external agencies to ensure effective collaboration. Monitor project progress, manage approvals, and follow up on deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and project efficiency. Brand & Marketing Support Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Digital teams to support campaigns and promote university initiatives. Ensure all events and communications align with FUE's brand guidelines and strategic objectives. Support initiatives that strengthen the university's visibility, reputation, and community engagement.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in Public Relations, Event Management, Corporate Communications, or Marketing.
