<h4>About the Role</h4><p>We are a specialty fertilizers manufacturer looking for an experienced and driven <strong>Senior R&amp;D Chemist</strong> to join our team. In this role, you will lead the research, development, and formulation of new fertilizer products and agrochemical solutions — from concept to commercial launch.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and optimize <strong>new fertilizer formulas</strong> and specialty agrochemical products</li><li>Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and performance testing on new and existing formulations</li><li>Analyze raw materials, evaluate suppliers, and recommend alternatives to improve quality or reduce cost</li><li>Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth <strong>scale-up from lab to manufacturing</strong></li><li>Monitor and document all R&amp;D activities, results, and technical reports</li><li>Stay up to date with market trends, competitor products, and advances in agrochemical science</li><li>Ensure all formulations comply with <strong>local and international regulatory standards</strong></li><li>Support registration and approval processes for new products</li></ul>

Job DescriptionThe Quality Engineer or Quality Specialist (Chemist) will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our manufacturing processes and products. This role involves monitoring production processes, conducting material tests, developing quality procedures, and collaborating with various teams to maintain and improve product quality. The ideal candidate will have a chemistry background or engineering background, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards areOversee and analyze production processes to ensure compliance with established quality standardsUpdate our Quality Management System &#40;QMS&#41; with incidents, fixes and improvementsAudit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirementsConduct tests and analyses on raw materials and finished products to verify their adherence to quality and safety standards.Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing proceduresMonitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possiblePrepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)Develop and implement quality procedures and standards to enhance production processes and product qualitySet and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%)Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal complianceWork with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the productsIdentify and troubleshoot quality issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturing processes.Lead and participate in root cause analysis for quality defects and implement effective solutions.Develop and deliver training programs for production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness among all employees.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer (QA/QC) or similar roles in a manufacturing settings.Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologiesIn-depth understanding of technical documentationFamiliarity with statistical analysisGreat attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment, particularly for testing plastic materials.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and report generation.Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards.Plus Requirements:Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plusPrevious experience in a similar role within the PVC Gasket or plastics manufacturing industry.Previous experience in Home Appliances manufacturing specifically Refrigerators.Knowledge of ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing principles.Experience in quality control and assurance in a manufacturing setting.<p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 2</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية فقط</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، سكن</li></ul>
