If you are someone who brings structure to ambiguity, communicates clearly under pressure, and takes pride in keeping complex processes on track, this role is a strong fit.</p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Execute end-to-end intake workflows for new site launches, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery</p></li><li><p>Manage, triage, and route incoming configuration requests through internal workflow management platforms</p></li><li><p>Own configuration intake tickets from receipt to resolution, maintaining SLA adherence and clear documentation throughout</p></li><li><p>Track ticket status, blockers, and progress; produce regular updates for senior stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Maintain intake trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms, keeping data current and accessible</p></li><li><p>Identify gaps in existing processes and propose practical improvements to streamline intake workflows</p></li><li><p>Escalate risks and issues proactively with well-documented context</p></li><li><p>Support ad-hoc projects as the team and launch pipeline scale</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience with ticketing systems and intake or triage workflows (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms)</p></li><li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical status clearly to non-technical stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing competing priorities with minimal supervision</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) for tracking, reporting, and day-to-day collaboration</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prior exposure to fulfillment center launch processes, warehouse configuration, or logistics network setup</p></li><li><p>Experience writing or maintaining SOPs and process documentation</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with fulfillment or logistics network topology</p></li><li><p>Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent Software / programs / tools: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Required Years of Experience: 2-3</strong></p>
