<ul><li>Identify the needed electrical maintenance operations from Hardware, Software, and equipment in the factory and distribute the work to the staff.</li><li>Assists the Electrical Section Head / Manager in setting the periodical maintenance plans.</li><li>Analyze and improve the maintenance process in order to save time and decrease the number of needed labor.</li><li>Assist in preparing the annual maintenance program in coordination with the direct manager.</li><li>Assist in preparing the needed information in order to make the periodical reports and the annual budget.</li><li>Prioritizes and implements schedules relating to planned and predictive maintenance and repair activities for an allocated area.</li><li>Ensures all approved procedures and manuals are current, readily available, understood, and complied with by all technicians and assistants.</li><li>Conducts a range of technically based studies to assess performance against efficiency, downtime, and safety parameters and makes recommendations for improvements.</li></ul>
