<p>1. Role Purpose The Fire Chief is to provide strategic leadership and operational management for the Fire Department to ensure effective protection of life, property, and the environment. Acting as the key link between technical strategy and departmental execution, the Fire Chief translates the guidance of the Fire Business Partner into actionable emergency response protocols, rigorous training programs, and efficient resource allocation. This role ensures that the department maintains a constant state of combat readiness while strictly adhering to international fire safety standards and regulatory requirements. 2.
