The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting floral arrangements and related products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Daily tasks include loading and unloading items, confirming delivery details, handling basic paperwork or digital confirmations, and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle. The role also involves providing courteous, professional interaction with customers at delivery locations and communicating with the shop team about delivery status, issues, or special requests. The Delivery Driver may assist with basic in-store tasks such as organizing orders, supporting packaging, and coordinating with sales or customer service staff as needed.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally, address basic inquiries, and support a positive delivery experience. Basic Sales awareness to support upselling or promoting services when appropriate and to coordinate effectively with the sales team. Training experience or willingness to learn and follow delivery, safety, and handling procedures for floral and gift products. Food & Beverage handling familiarity is beneficial for deliveries that may include edible items or related gift packages. Forklift Operation or other material-handling experience is a plus for managing inventory or heavier items, where applicable. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and strong knowledge of local routes in and around Ismailia. Ability to lift and carry packages safely, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
