<ul><li>التواصل والمتابعة مع جميع السائقين لضمان خروج جميع الخطوط بشكل كامل في تواريخ بدء الخط وفقًا للمجموعة أو عبر الهاتف.</li><li>تدوين تواريخ الحركة والوصول في بيانات المتابعة على مستوى كل وردية وإرسالها إلى مدير العمليات</li><li>فحص السيارات بعد الوصول، وتسجيل أي ملاحظات في بيان المتابعة اليومي، وإرسال التقارير إلى مدير العمليات.</li><li>تسجيل أي مشاكل تحدث في القطاع والمتابعة لحلها بالتنسيق مع مدير العمليات وإرسال بيان بالمشاكل بشكل يومي.</li><li>تزويد السيارات بالوقود في المحطة المتعاقدة، إصدار الفواتير وتوقيعها من قبل السائق، وإجراء التسويات اللازمة بشكل يومي.</li><li>تسجيل حضور السائقين مع القطاع والرحلات الإضافية يوميًا لحساب الرواتب.</li><li>متابعة مغادرة السيارات حتى وصولها إلى المحطة الأخيرة، سواء عبر الهاتف أو من خلال المجموعة، وتسجيلها في تقرير المتابعة.</li></ul>

<p>المسؤول عن الإشراف على عمليات النقل و الرقابة على الإمداد واللوجستيات مسؤول عن متابعة عمليات النقل، إدارة علاقات مع مقدمي النقل الخارجي، مراقبة مركبات الشركة وسائقيها، وضمان أنشطة اللوجستيات فعّالة من حيث التكلفة. كما يتضمن الدور إعداد تقارير تشغيلية، الإشراف على صيانة المركبات وتراخيصها، ودعم التحسين المستمر لنظام النقل في الشركة.</p><p><strong>المسؤوليات الوظيفية:</strong></p><p><strong>إدارة النقل</strong></p><ul><li>إدارة التنسيق المباشر مع شركات النقل الخارجي لتأمين الشاحنات للوجهات المطلوبة.</li><li>البحث عن موردين جدد للشاحنات وتقييمهم بشكل منتظم لتعزيز وتحديث شبكة النقل في الشركة.</li><li>ضمان توفر موارد النقل لتلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية.</li></ul><p><strong>الرقابة على عمليات اللوجستيات</strong></p><ul><li>مراقبة عمليات النقل اليومية والتأكد من سلاسة عمليات اللوجستيات.</li><li>تنسيق جداول النقل وضمان التوصيل في الوقت المحدد إلى جميع الوجهات.</li></ul><p><strong>إدارة الأسطول</strong></p><ul><li>متابعة مركبات الشركة فيما يخص الحركة، ساعات التشغيل، والاستغلال.</li><li>تنسيق صيانة المركبات، استبدال القطع الاحتياطية، والتأكد من أن المركبات في حالة تشغيل جيدة.</li><li>إدارة تجديد تراخيص المركبات والتأكد من الالتزام باللوائح.</li></ul><p><strong>الإشراف على السائقين</strong></p><ul><li>الإشراف وتقييم سائقين مركبات الشركة.</li><li>التأكد من اتباع السائقين لسياسات الشركة، وأنظمة السلامة، والإجراءات التشغيلية.</li></ul><p><strong>التحكم في التكاليف والتحليل</strong></p><ul><li>مراقبة تكاليف النقل للمركبات الداخلية ومقدمي النقل الخارجيين.</li><li>تحليل نفقات النقل ومقارنة تكاليف الأسطول الداخلي بتكاليف النقل المستأجر.</li></ul><p><strong>التقارير</strong></p><ul><li>إعداد تقارير دورية (شهريًا، ربع سنويًا، وسنويًا) تغطي:</li><ul><li>وجهات ونطاقات النقل</li><li>عدد عمليات النقل</li><li>ساعات التشغيل</li><li>تكاليف النقل</li></ul><li>إعداد تقارير أداء الأسطول بما في ذلك استخدام المركبات وتكاليف النقل وكفاءة التشغيل.</li></ul>
