<ul><li><p>Ensure that daily warehouse meet daily performance expectations.</p></li><li><p>Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and labor performance.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Relate and consolidate all the company DC’s stocks with a coding system&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Mentor in Organize and maintain inventory and storage area.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Communicate job expectations and coach employees.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Determine staffing levels and assign workload.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Communicate and collaborate with other team members&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; and recommending improvements.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or relevant fields.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p>Stock Management certifications is a plus.</p></li><li><p>5- 7 years’ experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, FMCG or Manufacturing background is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of ERP Systems and MS Office proficiency.</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage inventory.</p></li><li><p>Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data.</p></li><li><p>Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li></ul><p></p>
