<p>قائد وردية الإطفاء هو قائد "المستجيب الأول"، المسؤول عن التنفيذ الفوري لخدمات الإطفاء والإنقاذ خلال وردية محددة. يركّز هذا الدور على الجاهزية في الوقت الفعلي والإشراف على الفريق، لضمان أن الطاقم والمركبات والمعدات جاهزة للاستجابة ضمن أزمنة مستهدفة. يربط القائد الوردية بين خطط التشغيل الخاصة برئيس الإطفاء والأداء الفعلي لرجال الإطفاء على الأرض</p><p><strong>المتطلبات</strong></p><p>2. المسؤوليات الرئيسية</p><p>قيادة موقع الحدث في الصف الأمامي</p><p> • الاستجابة الأولية: تولّي قيادة المشهد كقائد الحدث الأول حتى يتم الاستعاضة عنه بواسطة رئيس الإطفاء الأعلى رتبة.</p><p>• النشر التكتيكي: توجيه فريق الوردية في كبح الحريق، البحث والإنقاذ وفق إجراءات التشغيل القياسية المعتمدة (SOPs).</p><p>• اتصالات الراديو: إدارة جميع الاتصالات الطارئة بين موقع الحادث وغرفة التحكم/التوزيع. استعداد الوردية والفحوص</p><p>• التسليم اليومي: إجراء تبادل ورديات لضمان نقل جميع القضايا المستمرة أو المعدات التالفة أو مخاطر الموقع إلى الطاقم القادم.</p><p>• فحص المركبات: الإشراف على تبادل فحص محركات الإطفاء والمضخات والأدوات المتخصصة، والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب فوراً لرئيس الإطفاء.</p><p>• تنفيذ برنامج الصيانة المخطط لها: الإشراف على مشاركة الوردية في الصيانة الوقائية المخططة (PPM) لصمامات الإطفاء بالموقع، ومطفآت اللهب، وبكرات الخراطيم.</p><p>الإشراف على الطاقم والتدريب أثناء العمل</p><p>• تعليم التدريبات: قيادة محادثات الأدوات اليومية وتدريبات عملية صغيرة (مثلاً سلالم، جولات الخرطوم، ارتداء معدات التنفس SCBA) للحفاظ على المهارات حادة بين جلسات التدريب الكبرى.</p><p>• رصد الأداء: ملاحظة وتوجيه رجال الإطفاء أثناء المهام اليومية، مع ضمان معايير عالية من الانضباط ووقت البدلة والتوافق مع معدات الحماية.</p><p>• الصحة والسلامة: متابعة الصحة البدنية وال mental wellbeing للفريق أثناء الوردية، مع ضمان الترطيب والتعافي بعد الأنشطة الشاقة.</p><p>التوثيق والتقارير</p><p>• سجلات الوردية: الحفاظ على دفتر سجل وردية مفصل يسجل جميع الأنشطة والحوادث واختبارات المعدات.</p><p>• تقارير الحوادث: إكمال تقارير ما بعد الحدث الأولية لأي حوادث بسيطة أو محاولات فاشلة حدثت خلال الوردية.</p><p>• مراقبة المخزون: رصد والإبلاغ عن استخدام المواد الاستهلاكية (الرغوة، والهواء التنفسي) لضمان قدرة رئيس الإطفاء على الحفاظ على مستويات المخزون.</p><p>3. سلطة القرار</p><p>1. قرارات تكتيكية.</p><p>• الاستجابة الأولية: السلطة بقيادة الهجوم الأول على الحريق وتحديد مواقع المركبات وفق إجراءات التمرين القياسية.</p><p>• سلامة الأفراد الفورية: السلطة لإصدار أمر لفريق بالانسحاب إذا حدث تغير يهدد الحياة في البيئة المحيطة.</p><p>• الاستجابة التكتيكية: اختيار تقنيات الإطفاء المحددة، وعوامل الإطفاء، وطرق الإنقاذ التي ستستخدم خلال حالة طارئة نشطة والحالة القياسية.</p><p>• التدخل في السلامة: المخول لإيقاف أي عمل غير آمن أو تمرين تدريبي فوراً لمنع حدوث إصابة للفريق.</p><p>• تخصيص الموارد الثانوية: السلطة لطلب المساعدة الفورية من الأمن أو فرق الطبية في الموقع أثناء الاستجابة.</p><p>2. قرارات إدارية روتينية. استدعاء يومي: السلطة لتعيين مهام محددة (مثلاً سائق، فني فوهة) لرجال الإطفاء الحاضرين أثناء الوردية. فحوصات روتينية: السلطة لإجراء فحوصات يومية على المعدات والإبلاغ عن العيوب (دون صلاحية لتخطي بروتوكولات الإصلاح). 3. القيود (المناطق التي لا يملك فيها قائد الوردية سلطة). لا سلطة مالية: لا يمكن الموافقة على أي إنفاق أو شراء؛ يجب إرسال جميع الطلبات إلى رئيس الإطفاء. لا تغييرات في السياسات: لا يجوز تعديل إجراءات التشغيل القياسية (SOPs) أو بروتوكولات السلامة.</p>
