This role supervises production teams on the shop floor, ensures adherence to production plans and schedules, and monitors performance to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets. The Production Supervisor coordinates with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and ensure continuous workflow.
