Role Description The Head of Compensation Benefits is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role oversees the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs that support organizational goals and employee well-being. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining salary structures, reviewing and updating benefits packages, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies. Involves analyzing market data, conducting internal equity reviews, and preparing reports to support informed decision-making. collaborates with HR and leadership teams to support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement through competitive and fair compensation practices.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage. Experience in Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits, including planning, implementing, and evaluating benefit programs. Proven experience in a senior HR or compensation and benefits leadership role, ideally within real estate or a related industry. Strong expertise in Compensation Management and Compensation & Benefits, with a track record of designing and managing competitive compensation frameworks. Demonstrated Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, conduct market benchmarking, and inform strategic compensation decisions. Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

The role focuses on contacting prospective and existing learners in the KSA market to present, explain, and sell the academy’s business and management training courses. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, presenting course features and benefits, and guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, following up on leads to close sales, and collaborating with the training and marketing teams to align offers and messaging. The telesales specialist is expected to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive experience for all learners.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support abilities.
