مطلوب مدير مكتب فني لمشروعات شركة تطوير عقاري في أسوان .- حاصل على بكالوريوس هندسة مدنية أو معمارية يفضل درجات علمية ( دكتوراه او ماجستير ) .- العمل والاقامة بدوام كامل فى اسوان. - تتحمل الشركة الإقامة وانتقالات السفر.- متوفر اجازة شهرية مدفوعة الاجر فى حالة كان المتعاقد من خارج اسوان.الخبرة: أكثر من 15 سنة (منها 5 سنوات على الأقل كمدير مكتب فني في مشاريع مماثلة). نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل.يشترط: - ان يكون ذو خبرة واسعة لإدارة الأعمال الفنية من خلال ادارة فريق عمل مكتب فنى مشروعات عقارية .- خبرة ادارة مكتب فنى مشاريع ( كمبوند - ابراج سكنية - فنادق - مولات - مستشفيات - مدارس ) .- مهارة إدارة وقيادة فريق العمل.- القدرة على تقييم ودراسة مشاريع الشركة.- إعداد كراسة الشروط والمواصفات وجداول الكميات ووضع البرنامج الزمنى .- متابعة جميع الجوانب الفنية لضمان الالتزام بالجودة والبرنامج الزمني.- التنسيق بين استشاريين الشركة ومقاولين الاعمال في التخصصات المختلفة.- مراجعة الرسومات والتصميمات واستلامها. - إجادة إلزامية للبرامج التالية:AutoCADRevitPrimavera P6Microsoft office <p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين اجتماعي، بدل انتقال، وجبات، سكن، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>
