الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أمنية أو سرقة أوتخريب أواعتداء و التعامل الفوري والتأكد من توفير الدعم الفوري من  أفراد الامن لاحتواء الموقف و ابلاغ مديره المباشر و غرفه العمليات الرئيسيه بالاداره العامه .  مراقبة  الانشطة التي تتعلق بالإنتاج و الامداد و البيع والزراعة والتخزين و جميع الإدارات بالموقع  عن طريق الكاميرات وابلاغ الإدارة المعنية فورا" عند رؤيه أي انحراف يحدث و ابلاغ مديره المباشر فورا .  إعداد و عمل التقارير من غرفة التحكم إلى مدير الامن لاتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة. رصد جميع الأنشطة وتعقب أي انحراف يحدث بالموقع ,و الإبلاغ الفوري عنه و التعامل معه. التأكد من أن الزائرين ليسوا في أي مناطق غير مصرح بها أو يرتكبون أي مخالفات و في حاله وجود مخالفات يقوم بالتعامل عن طريق توجيه افراد الامن لمنع ذلك.  إنشاء وبناء والحفاظ على أرشيف إلكتروني لجميع المقاطع الخاصه بأي واقعه حيث انها تمثل  قاعدة بيانات تدعم الوقائع في التحقيق.. إبقاء قاعدة بيانات النظم محدثة وإنتاج تقارير أداء يومية / شهرية / ربع سنوية ، حسب الاقتضاء.  تأكد من أن SOC / CR وجميع المعدات المثبتة بها مؤمنه  في جميع الأوقات و  ضمان منع جميع الموظفين غير المصرح لهم من دخول الCR   إبلاغ مشرف أمن الموقع على الفور في حالة وجود أي كاميرات معطلة لدعم الموقع بفرد امن لضمان غلق الثغره الامنيه الناتجه عن عطل الكاميرا لضمان  عملية المراقبة على مدار الساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع.   التأكد و متابعة الاجراءات التي يقوم بها افراد أمن الشركة الخارجية المنوط بهم تنفيذها اثناء قيامهم بمهام اعمالهم.   متابعة حضور و انصراف وتواجد افراد امن الشركة الخارجية على مدار الوردية كاملة فى اماكنهم والتأكد من اضطلاعهم بتدوين حضورهم وانصرافهم بدقة وكذلك عدم قيامهم بأي مخالفات منصوص عليها بعقد شركة الامن الخارجية.   التأكد من أن جميع اجراءات تنفذ ومعدات الأمن  تعمل جيدا" ، والإبلاغ الفوري في حالة حدوث أي مشكله في النقاط الامنيه الإبلاغ عن مخالفات الصحة والسلامة عن طريق رصدها عبر الأنظمة الأمنية والتاكد من التزام جميع المتواجدين بموقع الشركه بقواعد الصحه و السلامه المهنيه.   تحرير تقرير يومي بمخالفات السلامة والصحة المهنية وتسليمها لمديره المباشر.   التأكد من أن جميع الموظفين وموظفي الأمن يتبعون التعليمات والإجراءات ويعملون بشكل صحيح لتجنب أي تسريب للمعلومات الخاصه الشركة ، وإبلاغ مدير الأمن بأي انحراف في أي عملية أمنية.   التأكد من مجال رؤية الكاميرات ووضوح الصورة بشكل دائم.   التأكد من ان عملية التسجيل والحفظ تتم بشكل صحيح على اجهزة التسجيل الالكترونية.   إدارة كل ما يتعلق بأنظمة التحكم بالدخول  ، والتأكد من أن جميع مكونات النظام تعمل بشكل صحيح وفعال والابلاغ عن اى نقاط ضعف بالنظام.   ابلاغ شركة الصيانة عن اى عطل يحدث بالانظمة والمتابعة حتي اصلاح العطل ورجوع النظام للعمل بالطريقة الصحيحة.    اكتشاف المناطق الحيوية التى من المحتمل حدوث بها انشطة مخالفة وغير مغطاه بنظام الكاميرات وعمل تقرير بها وتقديمة الى المدير المباشر.  مسئول عن تقييم اي فرد امن جديد والموافقة على انه مطابق للشروط والمواصفات الموجودة بالعقد والتأكد من اجتيازه للاختبار الموحد في حاله عدم وجود مشرف الامن.  المشاركة في حضور لجان المخلفات ولجان الاعدام و بيع الخردة الموجودة بالموقع ( يتوجب تأمين وتنظيم أماكن تنفيذ البيع، وعدم السماح بخروج الأصناف المُباعة بدون ما يثبت بيعها دون المسئولية عن الإجراءات الإدارية والمالية) هذا بالإضافة لأي لجنه قد تستجد عقب ورود توجيه كتابي وصريح من مديرالأقليم فى حالة عدم وجود مشرف الامن. التواصل مع غرفة العمليات الرئيسية فى حالات الطوارىء وحالات نقل اصول الشركة للتتبع بين المصانع والفروع  و التأكد من وصولها في مده لاتزيد عن 48 ساعه و ابلغ مديره في حاله تجاوز هذه المده.  اجراء عملية تسليم وتسلم غرفة التحكم ومحتواياتها في بداية ونهاية كل وردية بشكل دقيق وصحيح ويدون بند تسليم واستلام يوقع عليه الطرفين. عدم ترك غرفة التحكم الا فى وجود بديل وفى حالة عدم وجود بديل يتم ابلاغ المسئول عن الامن بالموقع وتحديد مدة الغياب عن الغرفة ببند فى الدفتر على تزيد عن نصف ساعة ولا تتكرر اثناء الوردية. منع اى شخص من غير العاملين بغرفة التحكم من الدخول لغرفة التحكم الا بتصريح رسمي بغرض العمل.   الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات والمقاطع المصورة والمسجلة وعدم تداولها او الافصاح عنها الا لجهات التحقيق بالشركة بعد موافقة رسمية من مدير ادارة الامن.   اتباع خطة الاتصالات فى حالات الطوارىء.  الابلاغ عن انقطاع الكهرباء أو الانترنت بالموقع مع بيان تأثير الانقطاع على عمل الاجهزة الامنية بالموقع وكذلك على سير العمل.  تحديث قائمة الممنوعين من الدخول بصفة مستمره و التأكد من ابلاغ كل المشرفين و المواقع بالمنع .   الاشتراك فى لجان الجرد الشهرية بالموقع او دعم المواقع الاخري فى حالة طلب ذلك.  الاشتراك فى فريق ادارة الازمات والطوارىء بالمزرعة. الاشتراك فى فريق ادارة السلامة بالمزرعة. تحديث البيان الطبي للموقع وارسالة لغرفة التحكم بالادارة العامة.   تحديث التقرير اليومي ( عدد موظفي الامن- عدد موظفي الشركة الخارجية – حالة الكاميرات ) وارساله للمدير المباشر.   ارسال مقترحات للمدير المباشر لتحسين الحالة الامنية بالموقع وسد نقاط الضعف ان وجدت.    حضور التدريبات اللازمة التى تقوم بها الادارة لزيادة الوعي الامني وكيفية التعامل مع الانظمة الامنية.   هذا بالإضافة إلى مايتم تكليفه  به من مهام أو واجبات أداريه  أو امنيه أخرى  بموقعه او مواقع اخري من قبل إدارة الأمن. <p><strong>تفاصيل إضافية</strong></p><ul><li>عدد الشواغر: 1</li><li>نظام الورديات: صباحية و مسائية</li><li>المزايا: تأمين صحي، تأمين اجتماعي، وجبات، سكن، ساعات إضافية</li></ul>

<section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles &amp; Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Center Manager (CM) acts as the general manager for a GEPD plasma Donation Center (DC), responsible for managing and optimizing the whole operations related to the DC including financial, marketing, administrative, regulatory, quality, personnel, systems, supplies, equipment and other infrastructure_x000C_acility-related controls. CM has the overall accountability for the daily operations, staff-related activities, quality control, compliance with all applicable policies &amp; regulations, optimize operational efficiency and establishes a work environment that foster operational excellence.</p><p><strong>Key responsibility :</strong></p><p><strong>People Management &amp; Development:</strong> Establish a work environment that foster operational excellence. Ensure all employees are properly, timely, and efficiently trained on the relevant technical areas. Provide regular feedback and coaching for centers employees. Develop &amp; retain talents, through regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans, etc. Administer regular check-ins and year-end performance review &amp; development plans, etc. Assist in management of the recruiting process. Support and conduct teams trainings. Leading the periodic medicaloperational meetings. Serve as subject matter expert for operational-related policies and procedures, Plasma Donation System and Plasma Payment System.</p><p><strong>Operations management:</strong> Supervise the operations within the center. Monitor donor recruitment and retention, ensure efficient donor flow, and implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans. Attaining donation goals with the highest level of quality and compliance. Monitor net yields and implement improvement plans. Perform analysis of related data to promote efficient operations. Proactive operational processes enhancement and risk management. Oversees product and biohazard waste shipments: Ensures shipments meet regulatory specifications and product release requirements from the donor center; ensures accurate labeling and documentation; and authorizes final shipment. Resolve related facility issues and manage inquiries for facility information. Manage all aspects of financial oversight; setting annual budget and ensure center meets monthly financial targets. Provide leadership to ensure donor retention with high customer service levels. Create organizational culture and value systems which stimulate the morale and productivity Operate the center and manage employees to the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Provide strategic planning for donor center growth. With the marketing team, provide strategic inputs for marketing plans, follow up on execution, provide analytics and insights for optimization. Provide publicinstitutional presentations for awareness and donor recruitment activities Establish partnership with relevant governmental and private entities for brand equity and donors recruitment.</p><p><strong>Quality &amp; Compliance:</strong> Ensure that the center is operating with high compliance level to companys policies, procedures and regulations. Deviation management and CAPA development with timely implementation. Manage centers audit processes and help to resolve any related issues. Ensure timely response and closure to audit observations. Fulfills all responsibilities as defined by Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) for Responsible Person of a plasma collection center. Recommend changes and improvements to SOPs. Work closely with the center quality team to enhance the operational compliance and ensure that the proper risk mitigation plans are in place.</p><p><strong>Back up for Center Physician:</strong> Part of the qualification for being a certified CM, is the onboarding and certification on center physician role, serving as backup at any time to fulfilling the business needs Donor acceptance and deferral according to the relevant policies and procedures. Observe and coach the donor center technicians and phlebotomists. Donor counseling to individuals with unacceptable results, Management of Donor Adverse Event Reactions and the appropriate level of care. Timely review of accumulated data to confirm established donor suitability, donor safety, and process enhancement plans . Recommend changes and updates to the center procedures. Provide education sessions to the center medical staff as needed. Learn, understand and be independent working with the PDS (Plasma Donor system) as it relates to the duties and responsibilities of this position. Provide aggregated medical data and insights to the medical director that in turns help in improving the center performance.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><strong>Essential:</strong> Bachelors Degree in medicine. Formal Qualification in the medical field. Diploma/masters degree in a core branch of Medicine, Egyptian Fellowship, or MBA in a Medical Related field.</li><li><strong>Essential:</strong> Minimum 8 years of relevant experience</li><li>Supervisory and people management experience for at least 3 years.</li><li>Blood bank related experience.</li><li>Experience in a GxP regulated environment and Quality standards.</li><li><strong>Desired:</strong> Experience in cGMP.</li><li><strong>Computing Skills:</strong> Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.</li><li><strong>Personal Skills:</strong> Leadership.
