<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><br> </p><p>We are looking for a highly organized and proactive <strong>Procurement & Pricing Specialist</strong> to join our Marine Supply team. You will be responsible for sourcing marine stores, spare parts, and provisions while ensuring competitive pricing and timely delivery to vessels.</p><p><br> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br> </p><ul><li>Source and negotiate with suppliers for marine technical equipment and provisions.</li><li>Prepare accurate and competitive quotations in response to client inquiries (RFQs).</li><li>Analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing.</li><li>Manage the full procurement cycle from purchase orders to delivery coordination.</li><li>Build and maintain a reliable supplier network.</li></ul>
Evaluate daily operations and update container placements on the internal system (ist) and online tracking sheets.<br> Monitor and coordinate transport permits and operational workflows for Port Said (East & West) ports.<br> Request daily cash floats based on operational orders (Euro & Mesco), disburse them to port representatives, and audit/collect final clearances.<br> Review and log loading/unloading clearances and licensing letters. Ensure all receipts, invoices, and legal documents are fully completed and compliant.<br>Track shipping orders and customs clearances, ensuring all necessary documentation is forwarded to the Tax File Specialist at the Alexandria headquarters.
<h3><strong>The IT Support Specialist serves as the first point of contact for all IT incidents and service requests, providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, telecommunication systems, and audio-visual equipment. The role is responsible for logging and resolving support requests, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction, and maintaining continuous IT service delivery in a fast-paced environment. <h2><strong>Job Description</strong></h2><p>•Responds to all emergencies in the port and renders assistance. Responds as an Emergency Team member in cases of accident, fire, oils/chemical spill or other incidents in the port or surrounding area.</p><p>• Performs various duties and activities related to safety responsibilities for the port.</p><p>•Conducts safety inspections of work areas, advising supervisory personnel of observed safety hazards, violation of safety rules and regulations, and prepares safety inspection reports for the head of department.</p><p>•Advises supervisory personnel of appropriate personal protective equipment for workers.</p><p>•Investigates work related injuries, following trends, conducting thorough investigations, safety violations and recommending various solutions, including better communications, training, modifications to work methods or equipment, and the like.</p><p>•Keeps records of all inspections and investigations, for both fire and safety matters.</p><p>•Assists with training instruction for company personnel in health/safety related areas.</p><p>•Chairs the preliminary investigations of accidents.</p><p>•Instruct and demonstrate pre-job safety talk to insure all reported team working in safe positions.</p><p>•In Emergency cases, and incidents help and instruct investigation team as the technical advisor at site of incident.</p><p>•Keeping up to date with new legislation and safety standards.</p><p>•Providing specialist advice and information on safety to SCCT staff and advising on changes required.</p><p>•Providing practical guidance and contemporary advice to staff, visitors and terminal user’s.</p><p>•Providing training and educational support to employers and new/trainee employees.</p>
<p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive <strong>Master Data Management Specialist</strong> to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for managing, validating, and maintaining accurate master data within our ERP system, ensuring data integrity across the organization and supporting ERP implementation and upgrades.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Implement and maintain company-wide item coding structures in alignment with ERP and business rules.</p></li><li><p>Lead and coordinate with all departments to complete ERP master data templates (items, suppliers, customers, BOMs where applicable).</p></li><li><p>Validate all submitted templates for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with coding standards.</p></li><li><p>Perform regular data cleansing and ensure non-duplication of data using validation rules and logic.</p></li><li><p>Maintain and update ERP master data including:</p><ul><li><p>Supplier Register</p></li><li><p>Customer Master</p></li><li><p>Item Master List</p></li><li><p>Other master data domains as required</p></li></ul></li><li><p>Control master data change requests and approvals according to the authority matrix.</p></li><li><p>Support ERP implementation and upgrades from a data perspective.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with the IT ERP team on master data structure and migration.</p></li><li><p>Train end-users on data entry guidelines and standards.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.</p></li><li><p>3–5 years of experience in ERP master data management, preferably within supply chain environments.</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is preferred.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to manufacturing, logistics, industrial, or trading companies is an advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong knowledge of ERP master data domains: Item, Supplier, and Customer Masters.</p></li><li><p>Experience with ERP master data templates and data cleansing.</p></li><li><p>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, duplicates detection).</p></li><li><p>Understanding of item classification logic, units of measure, product hierarchy, and item attributes (procurement, inventory, costing).</p></li></ul><p><strong>Personal Skills:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Analytical, structured, and process-oriented thinker.</p></li><li><p>Strong documentation discipline.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work cross-functionally across all departments.</p></li><li><p>High integrity and respect for confidentiality.</p></li></ul><p></p>
