وصف الدور الوظيفي: مستشار اللغة (المبيعات التعليمية) هو دور وظيفي بدوام كامل ومقر العمل في مصر الجديدة. يتضمن الدور توجيه الطلاب المحتملين والحاليين خلال العروض الدراسية وخيارات التنسيب ومسارات الامتحانات، وتوفير معلومات دقيقة وواضحة حول برامج DFA وSET. سيقوم مستشار اللغة بإجراء الاستشارات، والرد على الاستفسارات شخصياً وعبر الهاتف وعبر الإنترنت، ودعم المتقدمين خلال عمليات التسجيل والالتحاق. تشمل المهام اليومية الاحتفاظ بسجلات الطلاب، والتنسيق مع فرق التدريس والامتحانات، والمساعدة في جلسات المعلومات أو الأيام المفتوحة، ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين لتحقيق أهداف الالتحاق. كما يتضمن الدور إعداد مواد مكتوبة موجزة، وترجمة وتدقيق معلومات البرنامج عند الحاجة، والمساهمة في تقديم تجربة خدمة إيجابية تركز على الطالب.<br>المؤهلات<br> <br>يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون مهارات تواصل قوية، بما في ذلك التفاعل الشفهي والكتابي الواضح مع مجموعات متنوعة من الطلاب. يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون مهارات الكتابة والكتابة الإبداعية لإعداد رسائل وكتيبات ومحتوى عبر الإنترنت غني بالمعلومات وجذاب. يجب أن يمتلك المرشحون مهارات الترجمة والتدقيق اللغوي لضمان مواد متعددة اللغات دقيقة وعالية الجودة. إتقان اللغتين الألمانية والإنجليزية أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية؛ وتعتبر اللغات الإضافية ميزة إضافية. تعتبر الخبرة في الاستشارات التعليمية أو التوجيه الأكاديمي أو المبيعات في بيئة تعليمية مفيدة. مهارات تنظيمية قوية، واهتمام بالتفاصيل، والقدرة على إدارة حالات طلابية متعددة في وقت واحد. الارتياح في العمل مع أنظمة إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) أو قواعد بيانات معلومات الطلاب وبرامج المكتب الشائعة. القدرة على العمل في الموقع في مصر الجديدة، والتعاون بفعالية مع فرق التدريس والامتحانات، والحفاظ على عقلية موجهة نحو الخدمة. يفضل الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في اللغات أو التعليم أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة.
