Role Description The English Language Instructor will deliver high-quality English lessons to learners, using communicative, learner-centered methodologies that align with CEFR standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and preparing lesson materials, teaching classes, assessing learners’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance. The instructor will collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum content, participate in training and development activities, and ensure a positive, inclusive classroom environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of Education principles and learner-centered methodologies. Candidates should have solid Writing skills for preparing lesson plans, materials, and learner feedback. Relevant teaching certification (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) or a degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred. Experience teaching English to adults or young adults, ideally in CEFR-aligned programs. Ability to create an inclusive, culturally sensitive classroom and support learners with diverse backgrounds and needs. Strong communication, classroom management, and time management skills. Comfort with using digital tools and platforms to support teaching and learner engagement.
