مهندس إنتاج (Production Engineer)<br>الشركة: سانيبيور (Sanipure) لتصنيع الأدوات الصحية<br>مكان العمل: مصنع العاشر من رمضان<br>

تنفيذ خطة الإنتاج وفقًا للجدول المعتمد من قسم التخطيط.<br>ضمان سلامة العاملين والآلات والمنتجات وجودتها داخل المصنع.<br>تحديد العمليات والممارسات غير الآمنة وإبلاغ المدير المباشر بها فورًا.<br>تقديم الدعم الهندسي لأنشطة الإنتاج والصيانة لضمان تحقيق أعلى مستوى من الإنتاجية.<br>تقييم أنشطة الإنتاج الحالية وتقديم توصيات للتحسين والتطوير.<br>تطوير أفضل الممارسات لزيادة الطاقة الإنتاجية وتحسين الجودة والكفاءة والاعتمادية وتقليل الفاقد (مثل Six Sigma و5S وKaizen).<br>إعداد وطباعة ملصقات المنتجات وفقًا لأوامر الإنتاج.<br>تحسين واستغلال الموارد المتاحة بالشكل الأمثل.<br>القدرة على حل المشكلات بكفاءة وفعالية.<br>تحديد وتحليل الاختناقات والمعوقات التشغيلية (Bottlenecks).<br>التواصل مع قسم البحث والتطوير (R&amp;D) لمعالجة المشكلات المتعلقة بالإنتاج.<br>إعداد وتقديم التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية.<br>تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى مرتبطة بالوظيفة يتم تكليفها من قبل المدير المباشر.<br>متابعة والإشراف على الآلات والأجهزة والمعدات والأدوات.<br>متابعة أعمال المعايرة الداخلية والتحقق والصيانة الوقائية لجميع الآلات والأجهزة والمعدات والأدوات.<br>تقديم التدريب الداخلي لفريق الإنتاج.<br>الالتزام الكامل بجميع تعليمات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).<br>الإلمام بسياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والالتزام بإرشاداتها.<br>إظهار الالتزام التام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وإيقاف أي عمل يتعارض مع هذه المعايير بشكل فوري.<br>القيام بأي مهام أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المشرف أو المدير المباشر.<br><br>المؤهلات:<br>مهندس إنتاج يمتلك خبرة من سنتين إلى ثلاث سنوات في مجال الدهانات.<br>يُفضَّل وجود خبرة في نظام SAP.<br>الالتزام الكامل بالوصف الوظيفي الحالي لمهندس الإنتاج بالشركة، والسياسات الداخلية، والإجراءات التشغيلية المعتمدة.<br><br>
