المسؤوليات الرئيسية: القيادة التشغيلية: مراقبة وتوجيه أنشطة صيانة المصنع اليومية، مع ضمان تنفيذ جميع جداول الصيانة التنبؤية والوقائية والتصحيحية بكفاءة عبر خطوط الإنتاج والتعبئة. إدارة الأنظمة: استخدام منصات SAP و CMMS لتتبع أوامر العمل، وتحليل بيانات أداء المعدات، وإدارة دورات حياة الأصول. مراقبة المخزون والتكاليف: الإشراف على إدارة مخزون قطع الغيار، وتحديد مستويات المخزون الدنيا والقصوى، وقيادة مبادرات توطين قطع الغيار لتحسين ميزانية الصيانة والنفقات التشغيلية. التحسين المستمر: تطبيق منهجيات التميز التشغيلي مثل الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM) وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية (RCA) للقضاء بشكل منهجي على أعطال المعدات المتكررة. الجودة وسلامة الغذاء: ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة الصيانة لأطر سلامة وجودة الغذاء الصارمة (مثل ممارسات التصنيع الجيد GMP، ونظام تحليل المخاطر ونقاط التحكم الحرجة HACCP). الإشراف على تحسينات المعدات المتعلقة بالدفاع عن الغذاء، مثل الفلترة المغناطيسية ومعايير التصميم الصحي. الصحة والسلامة: تنمية ثقافة انعدام الضرر من خلال تطبيق بروتوكولات السلامة، وإجراء تقييمات المخاطر (مثل LOTO)، وضمان تلبية جميع التعديلات الهندسية لمعايير الامتثال للسلامة. تطوير الفريق: قيادة وتدريب وتوجيه فريق تقني متعدد التخصصات من المهندسين والفنيين لبناء القدرات الداخلية وتعزيز ثقافة الأداء العالي. المؤهلات والمتطلبات: التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الهندسة الكهربائية. الخبرة: خبرة عملية في الهندسة التقنية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات، مع 3 سنوات على الأقل كمدير صيانة في بيئة تصنيع الأغذية (FMCG). الكفاءة التقنية: خبرة مثبتة في استخدام SAP وبرمجيات CMMS الحديثة لتخطيط الصيانة ومراقبة المخزون. المهارات: مهارات قيادية قوية وعقلية تحليلية متقدنة، ومهارات تواصل ممتازة بين الإدارات، والقدرة على العمل بفعالية تحت الضغط في بيئة إنتاج سريعة الخطى.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Monitor and direct day-to-day plant maintenance activities, ensuring all predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance schedules are executed efficiently across production and packaging lines. Systems Management: Utilize SAP and CMMS platforms to track work orders, analyze equipment performance data, and manage asset life cycles. Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee spare parts inventory management, establish minimum/maximum stock levels, and drive spare parts localization initiatives to optimize the maintenance budget and OPEX. Continuous Improvement: Implement operational excellence methodologies such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to systematically eliminate recurring equipment failures. Quality & Food Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with stringent food safety and quality frameworks (e.g., GMP, HACCP). Oversee equipment enhancements related to food defense, such as magnetic filtration and hygienic design standards. Health & Safety: Cultivate a zero-harm culture by enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments (e.g., LOTO), and ensuring all engineering modifications meet safety compliance standards. Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor a multidisciplinary technical team of engineers and technicians to build internal capability and foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering. Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience, with at least 3+ years serving directly as a Maintenance Manager in an FMCG food manufacturing environment. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing SAP and modern CMMS software for maintenance planning and inventory control. Skills: Strong leadership skills and strong analytical mindset, excellent cross-functional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
