<p>We are looking for a proactive and experienced team lead / senior primary design engineer to join our high-performing team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading the design and engineering of high-voltage substations, ensuring technical excellence across primary electrical systems throughout all project phases.</p>

<h4>Qualifications and experience</h4>

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, consultants, and end users. Achieve sales targets and expand market share. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order execution. Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Represent the company at international exhibitions, customer meetings, and business events.<br>Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Suitable bachelor degree.3–7 years of experience in export sales within the electrical or industrial manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of international markets and B2B sales. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is required. French proficiency is highly preferred, especially for African markets.
