<p>The MEL Manager leads the design and delivery of Coptic Orphans' monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) function across all programs in Egypt. <p> This six-weeks part of Tahseen includes approximately 260hrs of hospitality training, with many components specific to workplace readiness and better understanding of the work environment and the nature of the jobs.</p>
