The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying customer needs, providing technical consultation, and offering tailored engineering solutions. <p><h4>Position summary – F&B and event service expert</h4>

Key Responsibilities• Supervise and follow up on construction, renovation, fit-out, and development activities• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and site supervisors• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution• Review engineering drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications• Follow up on project schedules and ensure activities are completed according to the planned timeline• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues and required corrective actions• Ensure compliance with safety requirements, local regulations, and company standards• Prepare project progress reports and provide technical updates to management• Support the evaluation of contractors' work and coordinate necessary site activities• Identify potential project issues and assist in implementing appropriate solutions Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture• 5–8 years of relevant experience• Previous experience in construction, fit-out, renovation, or real estate development projects• Experience working on commercial buildings, administrative buildings, mixed-use developments, office towers, hotels, or similar projects is preferred• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site coordination• Good knowledge of construction and finishing works• Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office• Knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, engineers, and site teams• Preferably Cairo residents
