We ask people who have never opened an editingtimeline to direct a video — casting, framing, pacing, tone. Whether thatfeels effortless or overwhelming is a design outcome.<br>THE ROLE<br>We are hiring a Senior Digital Product Designer to own the product experienceend to end — from the first flow sketch to the final pixel, in two languagesand two reading directions.<br>The central challenge of this role is simplicity. Video production has realdepth: formats, casting, locations, pacing, direction, revision. Our platformgives people access to all of it. Making that depth feel effortless — so thatsomeone who has never made an ad can reach a great one without instruction,while an experienced user still finds the control they came for — is thehardest and most valuable design work we have.<br>If you are the kind of designer who is happiest removing steps, sharpeningdefaults and making a powerful tool feel obvious, this is your role.<br>WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON<br>Making a powerful product feel simple. This is the heart of the job. You willown information architecture, progressive disclosure, defaults, and thesequencing of choices — deciding what a user sees now, what waits untillater, and what they never need to think about at all. Success looks like afirst-time user reaching a finished ad without reading anything, and areturning user moving faster every time.<br>The creation studios. Multi-step flows where users go from a product link toa finished ad — choosing formats, casting characters, setting scenes,reviewing takes. These are the most important surfaces in the product and themost demanding: a lot of capability, a lot of state, and a user who needs tofeel in control without being handed a control panel.<br>Designing for generation. Our renders take minutes and the output is notfully predictable. Waiting states, progress, previews, partial results, andthe moment someone sees their video for the first time. This is some of themost interesting interaction design in the product, and there is noestablished playbook for it.<br>The bilingual experience. Every screen ships in English and Arabic with full RTL. That means real Arabic typography, correctly mirrored layouts, and copythat reads as if it were written in Arabic rather than translated into it. You will own how the product feels for an Arabic-first user.<br>The design system. We build on a custom system — our own tokens, componentsand patterns rather than an off-the-shelf kit. You will own it, keep itcoherent as the product grows, and make sure new surfaces feel like theybelong.<br>Mobile. A large share of our users are on phones, often on slowerconnections. Mobile is a first-class surface, not a scaled-down afterthought.<br>Brand and visual language. Our identity leans on a soft, three-dimensionalillustration style with a character at the centre of it. You will extend thatlanguage across the product, marketing pages and launch moments.<br>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR<br>- 4+ years designing digital products, with a portfolio showing depth on complex, interactive interfaces — tools and applications, not only landing pages. Saa S, creative tools or AI platforms preferred.- A track record of simplification. You can point to a product surface you made materially easier to use — fewer steps, clearer choices, better defaults — and explain how you knew it worked.- Strong information architecture instincts. You are comfortable deciding what to surface, what to defer, and what to remove entirely, and you are as proud of what you cut as of what you added.- Onboarding and first-run design. You know how to get a new user to a real result fast, and why that matters more than any other screen.- Strong end-to-end product design. You can take an ambiguous problem through flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff, and explain the reasoning at every step.- Excellent visual craft: typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and motion.- Bilingual and RTL design experience, or the clear ability to take it on. Arabic typography and mirrored layouts are central to this role, not an edge case.- Fluent Arabic and English. You will design and write copy in both.- Design systems experience. You have built and maintained components, tokens, variants and documentation.- Mobile-first responsive design as a default instinct.- Accessibility fluency — colour contrast, focus states, touch targets, motion sensitivity. We treat these as part of the craft.- Figma mastery: components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, and files other people can actually work in.- User research skills — planning and running sessions, watching people use the product, and turning what you see into design decisions.- Comfort collaborating with engineers, and enough literacy in how the front end works to design things that build cleanly.<br>BONUS POINTS<br>- Illustration or 3D skills (Blender, Spline, Cinema 4D). Our visual identity leans on rendered 3D.- Motion design (After Effects, Rive, Lottie) and an eye for interface motion that carries meaning rather than decoration.- Experience designing for AI products — generation flows, prompt interfaces, results that vary between runs.- UX writing, especially strong Arabic microcopy in a conversational Khaleeji register.- Front-end skills (HTML/CSS, Tailwind, React) enough to prototype or adjust in code.- Video, film or creative-tool background — you understand shots, cuts and pacing.- Experience designing for the GCC or wider MENA market.<br>PORTFOLIO<br>A portfolio is required.
