The role focuses on facilitating engaging training sessions, identifying capability gaps, and supporting colleagues through coaching and development initiatives, while contributing to high-quality training outcomes and operational excellence</p><p>What you ll do</p><ul><li>Deliver engaging and effective learning sessions using a range of methods such as digital tools, in-person training, and coaching approaches.</li><li>Act as a development consultant, promoting the adoption of learning platforms such as Vodafone University.</li><li>Adapt and localise learning content to meet specific business and cultural requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver learning priorities and initiatives.</li><li>Work closely with HR shared services teams to support training administration and enablement.</li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders including HR, business teams, and global L&amp;D colleagues.</li><li>Identify learning needs through audits and provide insights to functional experts.</li><li>Track and report on training progress and learner performance.</li><li>Deliver upskilling and cross-skilling programmes to support workforce capability growth.</li><li>Monitor training outcomes and highlight gaps to improve training-to-performance conversion.</li><li>Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions to enhance learner performance and engagement.</li><li>Work flexibly across rotational shifts, including early and late hours as required.</li></ul><p>What skills you will learn</p><ul><li>Advanced facilitation and presentation techniques in multilingual environments.</li><li>Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Learning needs analysis and training effectiveness measurement.</li><li>Digital learning delivery and virtual facilitation skills.</li><li>Coaching and performance improvement methodologies.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Who you are</p><ul><li>A learning professional with experience in delivering training programmes and facilitating knowledge transfer.</li><li>Fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and building strong professional relationships.</li><li>Skilled in using digital tools and virtual platforms to enhance learning experiences.</li><li>Able to understand organisational strategy and align learning initiatives accordingly.</li><li>Knowledgeable in coaching techniques and adult learning principles, with relevant certifications considered beneficial.</li><li>Experience as a language instructor or in multilingual training environments is advantageous.</li></ul><p>Not a perfect fit?</p><p>Concerned you may not meet every requirement?
