Job Responsibilities <br> <p> <strong>1. BIM Production & Modeling</strong> </p> <p>Develop detailed <strong>3D BIM models</strong> for infrastructure elements (roads, highways, utilities, bridges, grading, drainage, etc.).</p> <p>Produce <strong>2D drawings</strong> (plans, profiles, sections, details) derived from BIM models.</p> <p>Maintain accurate <strong>model geometry, attributes, and metadata</strong> following project BIM standards.</p> <p>Create <strong>clash-free, coordinated models</strong> for multidisciplinary teams.</p> <p> <strong>2. Coordination & Collaboration</strong> </p> <p>Work closely with <strong>civil engineers, structural engineers, and other disciplines</strong> to ensure consistent design information.</p> <p>Participate in <strong>coordination meetings</strong> to resolve modeling or design issues.</p> <p>Upload, update, and manage models within a <strong>Common Data Environment (CDE)</strong> such as BIM 360, ACC, or ProjectWise.</p> <p> <strong>3. Standards & Documentation</strong> </p> <p>Follow project <strong>BIM Execution Plans (BEP)</strong>, company standards, and industry guidelines (ISO 19650).</p> <p>Ensure all BIM workflows meet <strong>QA/QC requirements</strong>.</p> <p>Maintain modeling logs, versioning history, and documentation for deliverables.</p> <p> <strong>4. Clash Detection & Quality Control</strong> </p> <p>Conduct <strong>clash detection</strong> using Navisworks or similar tools, preparing clash reports and coordinating resolutions.</p> <p>Run <strong>model audits</strong> to ensure accuracy, naming conventions, layers, and compliance with standards.</p> <p> <strong>5. Quantity Extraction</strong> </p> <p>Generate <strong>material take-offs</strong> and quantity schedules (earthwork volumes, pipe lengths, pavement layers).</p> <p>Validate extracted quantities with engineering teams.</p>

<p><h4>Purpose of the job</h4>
<p>You will be part of a team of several Quality of Service and Radio Optimization engineers, where you will be responsible for carrying out RAN engineering studies (quality monitoring and optimization) for subsidiaries involved in the REC and ensuring the consistency of the configuration and activation of 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G (and soon 6G) radio features over time.</p>
<p>You will also provide support to subsidiaries involved in the REC to ensure the technological evolution of existing radio sites through the management of technology trials and the implementation of Group recommendations to meet our customers' expectations in terms of improving Radio Quality of Service.</p>
<p>In terms of ongoing activity for our customers, you will participate in the analysis of drive tests and the operation of automatic optimization tools (C-SON) to continuously improve radio performance.</p>
<h4>Duties and responsibilities</h4>
<p>As a design and planning engineer for radio, the main activities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Conducting budget studies (estimation of the need for new sites) each year, as well as updates for budget reviews</li>
<li>Monitoring the deployment of sites included in the budget program, with subsidiaries</li>
<li>Regularly managing with subsidiaries the evolution of radio site configurations (e.g. new sites, antenna optimization, etc.) to ensure that the subsidiaries' mobile network site databases are kept up to date in our radio planning tools (e.g. Asset / Atoll)</li>
<li>Carrying out optimization actions for mobile network planning: frequency plans in 2G, scrambling codes in 3G, PCI in 4G, etc.</li>
<li>Recommending optimization actions for radio design and planning to reduce coverage and capacity constraints in areas or layers with several technologies (traffic steering, etc.)</li>
<li>Carrying out cross-disciplinary or specific technical studies for radio engineering (e.g., indoor coverage, stadiums, etc.)</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge in the field of network automation (C-SON) would also be an asset</li>
<li>Knowledge of propagation model tuning</li>
<li>Experience in office applications: various RF tools such as MapInfo or QGIS, post-processing software, etc.</li>
<li>Very good knowledge of radio tools for drive test analysis (Nemo, Tems, Actix)</li>
<li>Very good knowledge of the architecture and interfaces of mobile networks would be an asset</li>
