Overview We are growing our team at Spark Foundry and are looking for an experienced Media Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities Develop insight-led media strategies and plans aligned with client objectives and agency KPIs. Translate data, audience insights and market research into effective media recommendations. Manage day-to-day client relationships, communications and expectations. Oversee multiple projects, ensuring priorities, timelines and deliverables are effectively managed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, media partners and external vendors. Monitor campaign performance, measure ROI and identify opportunities for optimisation. Ensure the quality and accuracy of all media plans and deliverables. Mentor junior team members and oversee their day-to-day work. Stay current on industry trends, emerging platforms and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in media planning or a related role. Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media planning. Experience using planning and research tools such as Z/X Plan, Statex, GWI, Euromonitor, WARC and Similarweb. Good working knowledge of DV360, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, X Ads and TikTok Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate media effectiveness and ROI. Proven experience managing multiple clients, projects and stakeholders. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Experience mentoring and developing junior team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
