<p>The Service Manager is responsible for managing complex service delivery operations, overseeing the execution of service plans, and ensuring that services meet or exceed client expectations. The role coordinates with internal teams to resolve service issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. <p>As a Credit and Collection Manager (Arabic Speaker) you will coordinate and follow through on collecting payments, due collections plans, reducing past due, bad debt exposure, and other quantitative targets, by performing portfolio management activities for customer base of key accounts.</p><p><b>Your Role:</b></p><ul><li>Assess and establish credit limits for new customers based on risk analysis and financial evaluations in line with company credit policy.</li><li>Facilitate order releases by managing credit approvals and ensuring compliance with established credit limits</li><li>Oversee and strategically manage the credit and collection activities of significant customers and distributors.</li><li>Provide leadership and guidance to a team of credit and collections specialists, ensuring effective and efficient operations.</li><li>Handle and resolve disputes related to credit and collections, maintaining positive customer relationships.</li><li>Develop and maintain forecasts of accounts receivable and overdue payments, supporting financial planning.</li><li>Analyze and monitor delinquent account balances, including effective overdue control and follow-up program for all customer accounts that are late, overdue, potentially overdue, or potential written-off</li><li>Contacting clients with past due balances in the portfolio to obtain payment, payment commitment, and follow up on payment promises; or claim payments from intermediary (when collections are executed by 3rd parties - limited to some collectors)</li><li>Reporting any disputed/ short paid invoices with reasons for disputes and collaborating with the internal department to expedite resolution/payment</li><li>Performing customer account reconciliation including support to 3rd party cash application team for clearing customer payments and credit item</li><li>Support and develop accounts receivable lean process improvements, and Master data quality.</li><li>You will be the team member of Credit and Collection team and will be reporting to Credit and Collection Manager META region.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Collections experience is desirable.</li><li>Background in F&A, Economics or Business Administration</li><li>Customer service focus</li><li>Determination to achieve excellent results.</li><li>Preferably SAP and Customer Master data process knowledge</li><li>Preferably has experience in Gulf and Levant Market.</li><li>Healthcare sector experience is a strong asset for this role.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.</li></ul>

Track shipments help reconcile inventory between Philips & 3rd party provider systems, coordinate with service providers (customs brokers, carriers, 3PLs) and internal teams (project, finance, sending party and other Philips stakeholders) to ensure on-time delivery.</p><p>Your Role: Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and update status until delivery. Assist with goods inspections and basic inventory checks at 3PL sites. Reconcile stock between SAP and 3PL WMS and report discrepancies. Help investigate and document inventory differences (damage, loss, missing items). Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and importers to gather required documents for customs clearance.
