Purpose of Job <br> <br> لتخطيط والتأكد من إتمام التدقيقات الموكلة بنجاح، ومعالجة أي مخاطر محتملة، وتقديم خدمات التدقيق بشكلٍ في الوقت المناسب وبفعالية، إضافة إلى تطوير تواصل كافٍ مع رئيس الالتزام في حال وجود قضايا مرفوعة من أجل تحسين وتطوير العمليات بشكل عام. <br> <br> الوصف <br> <br> تنفيذ Engagements التدقيق <br> <br> 1. التأكد من التخطيط الصحيح للتدقيقات الموكلة ومرحلة العمل الميداني الفعالة من خلال المشاركة في التدقيقات الموكلة، والالتزام بجداول الخطة المحددة وتوحيد واقتراح التوصيات <br> <br> 2. المشاركة في إصدار التقرير النهائي للتدقيق من خلال تقييم الردود المستلمة من الوحدات المدققة واقتراح الإجابات لهم. <br> <br> 3. اقتراح تعديل / تحديث للإجراءات التي تحسن الرقابة على الوظيفة. إدارة إصدار التقرير النهائي للتدقيق من خلال:<br>• تقديم خدمات التدقيق وتزويد الإدارة الخطية بالتقرير الأولي للتدقيق.<br>• تقديم التوصيات للمساعدة في تحسين الرقابة الداخلية وزيادة الوعي بالمخاطر.<br>• إعداد التقرير النهائي للتدقيق قبل موافقة مديره/مديرتها الخطية عليه.<br>• التأكد من أن أعضاء الفريق ينفذون مهام التدقيق بشكل فعال وآمن وفقاً لدليل التدقيق.<br>• التأكد من تحديث الملف الدائم بعد إجراء الالتزام.<br>• التأكد من أن أوراق العمل الخاصة بالتدقيق تُسلم إلى السكرتير المخصص للحفظ الآمن.<br>• اقتراح تعديل / تحديث للإجراءات التي تحسن الرقابة على الوظيفة. <br> <br> التدريب والتعليم المستمر <br> <br> 4. فهم طبيعة العمل في المجالات المختلفة للبنك ليكون المستعد لأي إجراءات تدقيق مستقبلية. <br> <br> السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات <br> <br> 5. تنفيذ سياسات القسم المعتمدة والعمليات والإجراءات ورصد الالتزام حتى يتم العمل بشكل مُتحكم به <br> <br> الإدارة اليومية <br> <br> 6. تنفيذ عمليات اليوم-to-day الموكلة لقسم التدقيق الداخلي لضمان الامتثال للمعايير والإجراءات المعتمدة <br> <br> الامتثال <br> <br> 7. الامتثال لجميع الأنظمة ذات الصلة بالبنك المركزي المصري، قوانين المصارف، ولوائح مكافحة غسل الأموال والسياسات والسلوك المهني الداخلي لقِب البنك التجاري الدولي (CIB) لضمان وضع قانوني سليم وتقليل أي مخاطر محتملة<br>• بكالوريوس تجارة، إدارة أعمال، محاسبة، اقتصاد، إحصاء أو ما يعادلها.<br>• الخلفية المصرفية شرط أساسي<br>• شهادات دراسات متخصصة عليا في مجالات التدقيق الداخلي أو المحاسبة ستكون ميزة (CPA - CIA - CBA - CISA).<br>• الحد الأدنى من 8–10 سنوات من الخبرة في المصارف و/أو صناعات التدقيق وفق العنوان الوظيفي<br>• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً ونطقاً <br>• مهارات الكتابة والتقرير والتحليل <br>• تقديم النتائج وتلبية توقعات العملاء<br>• الوعي بقيام الإدارات والفروع المصرفية وأنشطتها ودورات الأعمال والمخاطر الكامنة المرتبطة بها.<br>• القوانين والقرارات والتعليمات المعمول بها ذات الصلة بوظائف العمل.<br>• القدرة على التعلم والبحث.<br><br>

الغرض من الوظيفة <br> <br> لضمان اكتمال مهام التدقيق المحددة بنجاح، معالجة أي مخاطر محتملة، تقديم خدمات التدقيق بشكل فوري وفعال فضلاً عن التواصل مع المراجع الأعلى عن أي قضايا تم إثارتها بهدف تحسين وتعزيز العمليات بشكل عام. <br> <br> الوصف <br> <br><strong> تنفيذ مهام التدقيق </strong><br> <ol> <li> المشاركة في مرحلة التخطيط لمهام التدقيق المحددة من خلال الإعداد/التحديث: </li> </ol> <ul> <li> مذكرة خطة التدقيق. </li> <li> مصفوفة R & C. </li> <li> تحديد التقارير المطلوبة التي يجب جمعها . </li> </ul> <br>2. المشاركة في مرحلة العمل الميداني لمهام التدقيق المحددة من خلال: <br> <ul> <li> اقتراح عينة للاختبار لإدارته line management. </li> <li> أداء المهام الموكلة ضمن حدود الوقت والجودة. </li> <li> تقديم خدمات التدقيق وتزويد الإدارة العليا بالقضايا المثارة. </li> <li> جمع أوراق العمل والأدلة المختلفة المطلوبة لدعم القضايا المطروحة وتسليمها لرئيس الفريق للمراجعة. </li> <li> تقديم التوصيات للمساعدة في تحسين الرقابة الداخلية وزيادة الوعي بالمخاطر. </li> </ul> <br> 3 . المشاركة في إصدار تقرير التدقيق النهائي بإرسال الردود من الوحدات المُدقَّقة واقتراح الردود لهم. <br> <br> 4. المشاركة في تحديث الإجراءات من خلال اقتراح تعديلات تحسن ضبط الوظيفة. والمشاركة في إصدار تقرير التدقيق النهائي عن طريق: <br> <ul> <li> تقديم خدمات التدقيق وتزويد الإدارة بخطة التدقيق الأولية. </li> <li> تقديم التوصيات للمساعدة في تحسين الرقابة الداخلية وزيادة الوعي بالمخاطر. </li> <li> إعداد تقرير التدقيق النهائي قبل اعتماده من الإدارة المعنية. </li> <li> إعداد التقارير ذات العلاقة عقب كل تكليف تدقيق. </li> <li> ضمان تحديث الملف الدائم بعد إجراء المهام. </li> <li> ضمان أن أوراق عمل التدقيق مُسلَّمة إلى السكرتير المعين للحفظ الآمن </li> </ul> <br><strong> التدريب والتعليم المستمر </strong><br> <br> 5.فهم طبيعة الأعمال في مختلف مجالات البنك استعداداً لأي مهام تدقيق مستقبلية. <br> <br> <strong> السياسات والعمليات والإجراءات </strong> <br> <br> 6.تنفيذ سياسات القسم المعتمدة والعمليات والإجراءات ومراقبة الالتزام لضمان أن العمل يتم بشكل مُراقب <br> <br> <strong> الإدارة اليومية </strong> <br> <br> 7.اتباع عمليات اليوم-to-اليوم المرتبطة بالوظائف الخاصة بالـدائرة التدقيق الداخلي لضمان استمرارية العمل <br> <br> <strong> الامتثال </strong> <br> <br> 8.الالتزام بجميع اللوائح المصرفية واللوائح AML والسياسات الداخلية لـ CIB وقاعدة السلوك بهدف الحفاظ على المركز القانوني السليم لـ CIB وتخفيف أي مخاطر محتملة<br>المؤهلات <br> <ul> <li> الدرجة الجامعية في التجارة، إدارة الأعمال، المحاسبة، الاقتصاد، الإحصاء أو ما يعادلها. </li> <li> شهادات أو دراسات متقدمة في مجالات التدقيق الداخلي أو المحاسبة ستكون ذات قيمة (CPA - CIA - CBA - CISA). </li> <li> خبرة 8-10 سنوات على الأقل في البنوك و/أو صناعات التدقيق وفقاً للعنوان الوظيفي. </li> <li> إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابةً. </li> <li> مهارات الكتابة والتقرير والتحليل. </li> <li> تقديم النتائج وتحقيق توقعات العملاء. </li> <li> وعي بأنواع نشاطات أقسام وفروع البنك والدورات التجارية والمخاطر المرتبطة. </li> <li> الأنظمة واللوائح والتعليمات المتعلقة بالوظيفة. </li> <li> القدرة على التعلم والبحث. </li> <li> القدرة على التكيف مع الضغوط وال setbacks. </li> </ul><br> </div>
