Join a family-owned company committed to being environmentally friendly in every aspect of its business, contributing to society, and inspiring trust.<br>Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Finished Goods Production Plan based on customer demand, forecasts, inventory targets, and available production capacity. Convert customer requirements into achievable daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. Monitor customer demand fluctuations and adjust production plans accordingly while minimizing the impact on operations. Ensure on-time completion of production orders and monitor End of Production (EOP) parts to avoid excess inventory and customer shortages. Maintain optimal Finished Goods inventory levels while balancing customer service, inventory carrying cost, and warehouse capacity. Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of the production plan. Monitor production progress and revise schedules in response to material shortages, machine downtime, engineering changes, or capacity constraints. Track customer schedules, forecast changes, and shipment requirements to ensure delivery commitments are achieved. Plan shipments to maximize container utilization while meeting customer delivery windows and minimizing transportation costs. Analyze inventory status, Days of Stock (DOS), slow-moving stock, obsolete inventory, and recommend corrective actions. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes, phase-in/phase-out activities, and End of Production (EOP) planning. Monitor planning KPIs such as Delivery Performance (OTD), Schedule Adherence, Inventory Accuracy, DOS, Premium Freight, and Plan Attainment. Participate in S&OP and MPS meetings and provide planning scenarios based on demand, capacity, and inventory. Maintain accurate planning parameters, master data, and ERP/MRP system information. Identify supply chain risks and proactively develop recovery plans to minimize customer impact. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency.<br>Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in Production Planning, demand planning or Supply Planning in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (SAP is preferred). Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills. Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, logistics, and supply chain concepts. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Cutting & Preparation Maintenance Section Head in our plant in Fayoum.<br>Detailed Description of Main Activities:Maintenance Implementation in the Plant:- Manage the maintenance budget, including monitoring service indicators and reporting.- Organize and enhance the maintenance of machinery and equipment.- Negotiate necessary resources with the technical manager to implement rectification or improvement policies (human, technical, financial, time).- Develop or upgrade maintenance procedures.- Identify cost optimization areas and negotiate with new suppliers for various maintenance services.- Schedule training for the entire maintenance team.- Monitor and evaluate the work results and performance of subordinates.<br>Control of Maintenance Activities:- Manage maintenance resources and assignments (personnel and equipment).- Oversee maintenance subcontractors, organizing preventive and technical support.<br>Maintenance of Machines/Equipment:- Ensure corrective maintenance of equipment and provide technical assistance.- Implement preventive maintenance programs (planning, control, preventive, and predictive).- Monitor and ensure the application of TPME.- Validate and qualify new processes and equipment.- Control and optimize process parameters.<br>Implementation of Regulatory Controls:- Prevent and manage environmental and safety impacts, ensuring appropriate employee behavior in relation to the EH&S management system.- Educate and follow the training plan for teams in terms of quality and safety.- Participate in improving quality, safety, and environmental actions.- Ensure the quality of maintenance services in accordance with standards (ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc.).<br>Job Qualifications:-BSc. Reception of Equipment: Oversee the control and reception of all cutting equipment for new projects or ongoing serial life requirements. 2. Installation and Validation of Equipment: Manage the ordering, validation, and evaluation of new cutting equipment in line with YEL standards. Confirm that new equipment orders meet specified requirements. Facilitate the movement of equipment during layout changes. Validate cutting equipment following YMEA procedures, which include: Calibration Setting Capability studies 3. Coordination: Serve as the Representative for COSEE Cutting. Coordinate with other departments, PTC, and other YEL plants. Lead team management efforts and handle the transfer of equipment. Oversee the management of surplus equipment. 4. Staff Management: Direct pilot actions dedicated to enhancing team performance. 5. Standards of Operations and Workflow: Create and maintain operational standards for all cutting machines. Develop work instructions to streamline workflow processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. <br>Skills: Strong leadership abilities. Proficient in decision-making. Effective communication skills.
