<h2>Job Description</h2><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Host live streaming sessions.</li><li>Engage audiences to boost interaction, retention.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to plan themes, promotions, and creative content.</li><li>Attend daily training to improve streaming techniques, audience engagement, and content quality.</li><li>Maintain a professional, energetic, and attractive on-camera presence.</li></ul><h2>Working Hours</h2><ul><li>6 days/week, 6–8 hours/day (streaming + training).</li></ul><h2>Salary Structure</h2><ul><li>Base salary plus live streaming commission (based on performance metrics).</li></ul><h2>Benefits</h2><ul><li>Free employee dormitory / staff housing provided in Cairo.</li><li>Free transportation including:<ul><li>Daily local transport (for work purpose).</li><li>Round-trip flights between Lebanon and Egypt for work purposes.</li></ul></li></ul><h2>Skills</h2><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Appearance &amp; Personality: Well-groomed, confident, and engaging on camera.</li><li>Experience: Prior live streaming experience required.</li><li>Talent (Preferred): Singing, dancing, comedy, storytelling, gaming, or other special skills.</li></ul><h2>Preferred Candidate</h2><p><strong>Career Level:</strong> Entry Level</p>
