Day-to-day activities include meeting with clients to understand their investment goals, conducting property tours, preparing proposals, and presenting suitable real estate options. The role involves analyzing market trends, evaluating property values, and providing strategic consulting to help clients optimize their portfolios. The Senior Property Consultant will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering high-quality customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to business development initiatives is also an important part of the role.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored real estate investment solutions. Excellent communication abilities, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders. Proven customer service capabilities, focused on building trust, managing expectations, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Demonstrated sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing commercial and residential property transactions. Solid real estate knowledge, particularly in the Egypt market, including property valuation, market analysis, and legal/transaction processes. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in real estate or investment consulting are an advantage. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, manage multiple clients and deadlines, and use CRM and office software effectively. Ethical, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
