You ll act as the senior marketing adviser to the Executive Leadership Team, and help shape commercial priorities, identify market expansion opportunities, and drive customer acquisition and growth strategies to support Bupa Egypt's long-term success. How you ll help us make health happen Own and lead an integrated marketing strategy across Paid, Owned, and Earned media Lead the development of brand-led campaigns, content marketing, sponsorships, and partnerships Ensure brand messaging and creative execution align with global and regional positioning while considering local market nuances Effectively manage budget and P&L, allocating budget across Paid, Owned, and Earned media channels Act as key business partner to Head of Sales, creation of joint business plans, GTM and business outcomes, building credibility and impact with key commercial functions to ensure overall alignment and acceleration of growth across all segments. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of marketers, ensuring a culture of creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking. Lead and manage relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, PR firms, and content production teams Drive brand performance through data-led insights, leveraging customer research, campaign performance data, and market trends. Own and lead reporting on brand campaign performance, tracking key brand health metrics, audience engagement, and sentiment analysis. Provide regular insights to senior leadership on brand perception, share of voice, and campaign impact. Work closely with Global Marketing, Digital, Sales, Compliance, Commercial and Product teams to ensure brand alignment and synergy across all customer touchpoints. Partner with the Performance Marketing team to ensure a seamless balance between brand-building and conversion-focused activities.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Demonstrable experience at a senior level in B2B and B2C brand marketing, integrated campaigns, and non-acquisition marketing in a multinational or regional capacity is essential Proven track record of marketing budgets more than c.£2M. Experience in building a local marketing structure in an international business across advertising, events, PR, Social and Digital. Strong understanding of Paid, Owned, and Earned media strategies, with experience in media planning and execution. Excellent written and communication skills in English with the ability to present at executive leadership level and inspire a team. Demonstrable hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms. Good knowledge of MarTech solutions Ability to analyse data from advertising campaigns to ensure conversion rate optimisations and returns on investment. Experience in managing agencies for creative and media strategy, planning and buying. Experience of managing a copy clearance process in a regulated industry; specific experience in healthcare, or insurance will be highly advantageous. Advanced PC skills, including Acrobat, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential. Strong collaboration skills working seamlessly with diverse teams globally. Knowledge of International Private Medical Insurance is advantageous</p>
