<ul><li><p>IRead and review all project specifications, drawing and details</p></li><li><p>Check all MEP networks installed by contactor to ensure adequacy before commencement with installation of equipment</p></li><li><p>Responsible for all site dimensions to enable proper execution of work</p></li><li><p>Check, and receive all work areas on site clean and clear of any obstacles proper to commencement of equipment installation.</p></li><li><p>Check and receive all Material/Equipment delivery to site to ensure quantity, types required and free of any damage</p></li><li><p>Arrange secure store for equipment and material till installation</p></li><li><p>Protect all equipment with adequate protection until TOC/ handover date</p></li><li><p>Internal testing to all required equipment prior to client testing and commissioning </p></li><li><p>Perform testing and commissioning with clients and follow up signed commission report</p></li><li><p>Perform hand over procedure with client and follow up site hand over documents.</p></li><li><p>Rectify any snags received from project tam in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate all works with project team prior to installation to ensure all MEP Networks, civil, ID, and site condition are suitable to enable installation of equipment.</p></li><li><p>Internal weekly report of project site progress.</p></li><li><p>Organize and schedule site team tasks on site.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a record of all personel admin such as overtime, attendance and transportation.</p></li><li><p>Perform any task assigned by line manager.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>The requirements listed below are the knowledge, skills and abilities required to hold and perform this position:</p><ul><li><p>University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.</p></li><li><p>Fresh Graduate Maximum 2 years Experience.</p></li><li><p>Very good interpersonal skills.</p></li><li><p>Very good negotiation skills.</p></li><li><p>High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Strong reporting and presentation skills.</p></li><li><p>Very good verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.</p></li><li><p>Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).</p></li><li><p>Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.</p></li><li><p>Excellent skills of dealing with different internet applications.</p></li></ul><p></p>
