Your role will involve ensuring that all their financial requirements, such as deposits, transactions, trade finance, and borrowing, are adequately addressed, while fostering robust, long-lasting relationships that aid in the company’s growth and success.<br><br>What You´ll Do<br><br>Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them effectively. Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Identify key decision-makers within client organizations to strengthen relationships. Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the relevant teams. Ensure high-quality customer service, sales processes, and client engagement standards. Actively approach and acquire potential clients to grow the portfolio. Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.<br><br>What Makes You a Good Fit<br><br>Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in SME or business banking. Proven experience in planning and implementing sales or relationship strategies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. The specialist will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their hosting and network needs, present tailored technical solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves providing basic technical support, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions that align with client objectives.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills to translate technical solutions into clear business value and close opportunities. Technical Support capabilities to diagnose basic hosting and network issues and guide customers through resolutions. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships. Familiarity with web hosting, domains, and network management concepts; prior experience in IT or telecom is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Luxor, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Relevant educational background in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in using CRM tools, office productivity software, and basic documentation/reporting practices.
