Role Description The Sales Engineer Specialist (Luxor Branch) is a full-time, on-site role based in Luxor. The specialist will work closely with prospective and existing clients to understand their hosting and network needs, present tailored technical solutions, and support the sales process from initial inquiry through post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, conducting product demonstrations, answering technical questions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role also involves providing basic technical support, monitoring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions that align with client objectives.
Qualifications

Strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills to translate technical solutions into clear business value and close opportunities. Technical Support capabilities to diagnose basic hosting and network issues and guide customers through resolutions. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships. Familiarity with web hosting, domains, and network management concepts; prior experience in IT or telecom is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Luxor, manage time effectively, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Relevant educational background in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
