Qualifications:✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Management within the Food Manufacturing Industry.✔ Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and production planning.✔ Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Food Safety Standards.✔ Hands-on experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office.✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.✔ Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets.
