This includes construction, infrastructure, utilities, wave-breaker, coastal developments, artificial bays, Marina, ensuring the project meets its cost, schedule, and quality objectives while complying with legal and regulatory frameworks.<br>Responsibilities<br>Develop and administer all contract documents from the tender process through to contract closeout including variations and issue resolution for design, construction, and other project related contracts. Ensure that the requirements of the contract documents are implemented and maintained throughout the project duration. Lead the review and assessment of claims, disputes and variations. Interact with the Client representatives, the Project Management Consultant, and relevant Contractors in respect of all contractual matters. Assist in the drafting of commercial terms for design, engineering and/or construction services Prepare the contractual (front end) portion of the contract documents (while cursory reviewing the technical portion) to ensure congruity and to minimize patent ambiguities in the front end documents.
