Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing sales operations to ensure efficient processes. The role involves building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners, as well as collaborating closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives. The Sales Director will lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, monitor performance against targets, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.<br>Qualifications<br> <br>Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in hospitality or related industries. Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, reporting, forecasting, and optimizing sales processes. Tasks required:
Implement the financial and accounting procedures approved in the company, and they must be applied accurately with ensuring the accuracy and validity of the financial documents flow.
Prepare asset, liability, and equity entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Maintain accounting controls by recommending policies and procedures.
Secure financial information by completing backups of the database.
Analyze and report on the financial position including variances in the income statement, inform management of financial results, and prepare and analyze the budget.
Supervise taxes and comply with federal regulations.
Create, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems.
Advise management on issues such as resource usage, tax strategies, and assumptions underlying budget projections.
Maintain and study government agency records.
