<ul><li>Issue, review and follow up the plan and schedule for preventive maintenance and update annually.</li><li>Ensure the use of planned inspection and preventive maintenance.</li><li>Contribute with plant maintenance team for development of working methods and definition of procedures and ensure their implementation.</li><li>Ensure proper scheduling and planning of works.</li><li>Ensure proper day-to-day scheduling of works and necessary resources.</li><li>Ensure and control quality of maintenance jobs done by subcontractors.</li><li>Organize maintenance personnel workload and ensure that adequate action is taken when incidents occur.</li><li>Co-ordinate with the Safety Team to correct the deficiencies and meet safe and quality requirements.</li><li>Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that equipment is in good operating condition, ready to meet operational requirements, fully inspected, tested, clean and safe.</li><li>Identify and prepare the first time, two and five year’s spare parts needed by the available resources.</li><li>Report hazards, malfunctions and work schedule to Plant Manager.</li></ul>
