Duties and Responsibilities Functional:Customer Care Coordinator are the first contact point and will welcome/ greet the customer/ patients at the welcome desk/ reception desk. Manage front desk operations: Make sure that all customers/ patients be given the right service, conducts and, ensuring efficient and timely processing of patients, ensure smooth patient check-in and check-out. Obtains pre-patient registration, demographic and insurance information, as well answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
