Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role based at Rahem Fertility Center in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, including preparing patients for procedures, administering medications and injections, and monitoring vital signs in coordination with physicians and other clinical staff. Daily responsibilities include assisting with fertility treatments and related procedures, maintaining accurate medical records, supporting patient education on treatment plans and medication use, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols. The role also involves coordinating appointments, communicating test results under clinical guidance, and offering empathetic support to patients and partners throughout their care experience. The nurse will collaborate closely with the medical team to ensure timely, high-quality clinical service delivery.
Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; completion of accredited nursing program (Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred). Demonstrated experience in women’s health, reproductive medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, or related clinical settings is highly beneficial. Strong clinical skills in medication administration, patient assessment, IV therapy, and monitoring during procedures, with strict adherence to safety and infection control standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear patient education and empathetic support in sensitive and emotionally charged situations. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate documentation in electronic and paper medical records. Comfort with using basic medical software and clinic management systems; willingness to learn fertility-specific protocols and technologies. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following clinical protocols and scheduled workflows. Flexibility to work full-time on-site in Qesm 1st New Cairo, including occasional extended hours as patient and clinic needs require.
