Key Responsibilities
✈️ Handle travel reservations and booking requests accurately and efficiently.???? Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels in a professional manner.???? Promote travel products and services while achieving sales targets.???? Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships.???? Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure compliance with company procedures.???? Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions to ensure an outstanding travel experience. Requirements✅ 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Reservations, Customer Service, or a related field.✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.✅ Travel industry experience is an advantage but not required.
