Job Purpose: Ensure the continuous and safe operation of electrical and automation systems in the wafer production plant through the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, troubleshooting electrical faults, and contributing to equipment improvement and system reliability to achieve maximum operational efficiency and minimize downtime. Verify completion of site construction activities prior to handover to ensure full technical and operational readiness. Lead snagging and de-snagging inspections, coordinating directly with contractors, consultants, and QC teams to clear all defect lists. Review technical documentation, ensuring all testing & commissioning (T&C) reports, statutory approvals, utility connections, operation manuals, and warranties are completed prior to handover. Lead the Site Task Force team responsible for final unit inspections, key handovers, and customer walkthroughs.
