We're looking for Sr. HVAC Engineer to support in one of the strategic projects in the New Capital. Will be responsible for managing the maintenance team and oversee their effective use of the HVAC equipment.<br>Key Responsibilities Coordinate & lead the operation & maintenance of all HVAC-R systems, Including: Chillers, Air Handling units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), DX units, Split systems and cooling rooms, exhaust fans, pumps, valves control & power circuits. Supervise the execution of scheduled maintenance activities: Periodic, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans. Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts and tools to support maintenance operations.
