Job Summary:The Senior Employee Relations Officer is responsible to lead and oversee the employee relations function within an organization, ensuring the effective management of employee relations issues and the promotion of a positive work environment. They are responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance on complex employee relations matters, such as grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes.
